Okay, so I'm running a big, but not too big BGT install, with the GoG version of the games if that has any bearing, it shouldn't though since the problem started at least 10 hours in. Maybe other NPC's have this problem, but out of Xan, Viconia, Dynaheir, My Char, Minsc and Imoen, only Imoen and Minsc's dialogue are all messed up! They talk from their same soundsets, but what they say dosen't match the subtitles, or the situation - Minsc's select sound is a comment about cities, and Imoen's selection being random and polarized comments on my reputation. Problem being, this problem started a while ago, I only actually noticed it recently, wondering why there were consistently making bizarre comments. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated!

Minor problem, in BG1, a lot of peasants, and the blacksmith in Beregost, have german voicesets? I thought that might be something from the BWS with a GoG game, but I can live with it, so too a wierd problem with pink glowy clothes at the odd time.

This is basically just a repost of something i asked on the GoG forums:

So I got over a lot of the hurdles to run the BiG World Setup with the GoG version, however in the install script I get to the point where it runs the trimpack, saying "processing fixes for BGT", and new window comes up, windows also asks me to allow it, I do. New window called "Big World Trimpack\_utils\patch.exe just sits there, blank, forever, I can even type in it and so on, it's doing jack.

So my question to you is:

What do!?
