I'm still at the beginning of the game. And Jaheira just asked Imoen "How have you been healing, child?". I believe is from this mod. In the banter the 2 girls use the name Irenicus to refer to Irenicus... uh, err, yes. Anyways, I still haven't talked with the dryads, so I don't know the name of the shady figure who kidnapped us.
Yeah I know. I'm obnoxious.

If I remember correctly (installed it yesterday night), the recommended install is not full, and will ask to insert the other CDs when needed. You should be ok.
I made a full install, and it was around 70% (more or less, I was kinda sleepy) asked again the CD 1 and after 2-3 seconds it finished the installation without showing 100% in the progress bar. It has always been this way.
On the other hand, I had a problem launching the setup.exe. It started 3 hours after I pressed the INSTALL button on the autorun screen

Faster than Chiktikka Fastpaws!Yeah, I updated it earlier today - haven't had a chance to make a proper post yet.
V1.3 includes a Jaheira/Viconia fix.

With further investigation results that even reinstalling with another option for the timer or even without the timer accelerator I've the same problem.
On a side note, banters from banters packs 7 seem to paly fine.

Hmmm. I've a little problem.
It happens that Jaheira and Viconia turn to face each other, like they are trying to start a banter. The game 'twists' for a second, interrupting actions like looting items from ground or container and turns back to normal. This go on without end, repeating the cycle every two seconds or so. Viconia and Jaheira can't do anything at all because they continuously try to talk to each other.
I started to happen just a while ago (I'm still wandering here and there doing quests like those from Mae'Var, The Skinner, Jaheira's Curse ecc.), and it happens every 20 minutes or so... and I've installed the mod with the 20 minutes option...
