yes It would be very interesting to get this mod updated for EE.  

 

I play on BG 2 EE and I use the the following component of this mod : 

~TB#TWEAKS/TB#TWEAKS.TP2~ #0 #7500 // Gain stats as you level up -> 5 points for a full BGT game; nobody can advance over their racial maximum.: TB#Tweaks, V 2.61

 

It looks like it works correcly if I am not wrong..

Yeah! That particular component works great! I've did a test once with the "Gain 1 point each 4 levels" up to L50 and works like a charm! (I did it by importing my ToB character into an EET game and having one of the component of SCS level up the NPCs up to your charname level.)
