I don't think that animegirl is shopped. I'm no expert myself, but the hair and clothing seems to fit nicely there.
And the face should be rather easy with all the tools we have. Just grab some pretty asian faces and start making a face. That hair is nicely done though and that's a little harder.

Looks like this will be one tough competition. We have so many good screenshots here and second page is only half-way through.
Oh, and how dare you removed the dragons from Requiem, that's what I loved about it in the first place. ;)
Let's see if I remember all the mods related to my Grocax the Arch-Magus shot:

DLC Wizard's Tower (Obviously...)
Book Jackets (Obviously...)
TRC's Magus (The custom race and class, modified robe.)
Actors in Madness (The sitting)
Beautiful People 2.5
Kaleif's Armored Circlets (If I remember correctly, I don't have the mod now.)
Extra Staffs (I think, for the torch-like staff.)
