I had the same problem with Haerdalis, but after searching through all the items I was bagging around, I found I was carrying Shazzellim +1 (SW1H50), which is scripted to make bards go hostile? Common item to have at that point if you hoard items. Anyway, I gave up the sword and no more hostile Haerdalis. This on a BP177 megainstall ala erebusant. Concur on the other issues. Appreciate all your efforts seanas!!...

So, Ok. Here's a fix for any possible weird mod combos that causes such problems.
1) In Setup-RoT.tp2 it's necessary to delete a row withEXTEND_TOP ~AR0602.BCS~2) Copy attached bAR0602BAF into \RoTerror\SNIP\BAF\,
ENTJAR1.BAF - into \RoTerror\BAF\
and run an installation.
That fix will make even RoT+CtB+BGT combination much better 'coz it runs RoT's cutscene after all other cutscenes (look much better for me ).
For my megainstall, which includes TS, I have modified KD's bAR0602.baf to account for erebusant's recommended megainstall "firedrill" fixes for CI ("Wulfgar is created so he stands in the doorway and blocks any of the bugbears, and/or golems from gaining passage to the hallway between the Sewage Golem room, and the experiment pod room. I modified the AR0602.bcs so he is created in the room with the 2 Lesser Clay Golems."-e). Also, per erebusant, I have mofified the attached bAR0603.baf to more conveniently place Drizzt and keep him from interfering with the Kachiko drama at the exit (per e, he is now placed in the passageway to Frennedan's cell instead).

Yeah, that cave can be a bit tricky to find. Let me draw you a little map:

Itīs pretty near that 'X'. Itīs on the side of some big boulders (canīt really remember if they were rocks or boulders or what). There are also trees around the entrance.
What map is that on? What is the area location? I can't find it anywhere

Found the problem in blk 20 with Alenna.dlg and fixed it so one can complete the quest. Works for me.1. Maralda's Scroll quest in the Talavan castle. After talking to Melan and Alenna, go back to Melan and ask him to open Alenna's wardrobe. The cutscene starts, then ends with Alenna saying she's going to call the guards. PC says, "wait, Melan wants to do something 1st", and then it hangs and Melan doesn't do anything. Can finish the quest by CreateItem Marascrl, but would be nice to see the dialogs completed.
Changed blk 20 line:
IF ~~ THEN EXIT
To:
IF ~!Global("Afcudlg","RR3451",1)~ THEN EXIT
Weird issue apparently caused by script being jumpstarted by RR3451.bcs (in the first block):
ActionOverride("Alenna",StartDialog("Alenna",[PC]))
May be another way to fix by altering the call from RR3451.bcs, but that's beyond me...
Minor changes to blks 24,25,26,27 to fix more flow probs.

To fix a new install, use attached Alenna.d.txt (replace Alenna.d in ROTerror/d dir after unpacking RoTv2.0.rar and before installing the mod). Alenna.d.txt 4.37K 375 downloads
For current installations, you will need to edit Alenna.dlg (with NI for example). The attached file highlights the required changes. Easier to just CLUAConsole in the scroll.
