In the transition scene from BG1 to BG2, the party gets caught by shadowthieves of the Mae'Var faction.
Why is this so? Have I missed some important hint that points at them as the original captors?
I always thought vampires around Irenicus did the deed ...

Gorion's death - the flashback
03 May 2006 - 05:00 AM
Not really an important thing, but would it not look better to use the same creatures in the flashback
as in the original game BG1? You know, the two ogres and Tamoko not get killed, but only affected by sleep?
Perhaps give weapons to the chars in the Sarevok flashback, too ...
And perhaps less arrows of detonation ...
As I said, it is not important, but would improve the flashback atmosphere ...

Minor dialogue failures
24 April 2006 - 07:35 AM
Once again the BG1NPC dialogue-problem topic ...
1. first Elminster banter in BG: if Minsc interjects E does not leave the area
2. Brevlik (thief in the Elfsong; telescope) quest-introduction:
if Ajantis or Jaheira in party, no journal entry, no variables to complete the quest
Perhaps all of these problems could be caused by missing dialogue lines of the NPC's ...

Coran dialogue problem
22 April 2006 - 04:22 AM
It seems that I always am the victim of strange dialogue loopings ...
This time it's Coran who repeats his 'let-us-finally-go-wyvernhunting'-sequence over and over.
Strange as it is also NO VALID REPLIES OR LINKS appears as an answering option,
although there shouldn' be anything.

Perhaps the wrong forum, but I just give it a try ...
The Centeol encounter ...
I was surprised to see her animation changed to the 'Lady of Pain' from PT.
The last time I played it still was the 'fat body' animation and the only thing I got new
with my current play is the newest version of BGT and CtB.
CtB has nothing to do with Centeol, so is this a change from BGT?
Does somebody know which mod does this strange animation change?
(It is indeed a bit strange. The Lady of Pain is three meters high and is surely not fat )
Oh no! Topic mistake!
How does one change the topic!?
It should be 'Centeol and BGT' Grrrr.
