An interesting question I wouldn't mind seeing some people answer.

For mine, this is a character portrait I pulled out of NWN - the same portrait I used in-game. Then, I acquired the Sunite symbol from Wizards, and made it into a transparent image. A little work with the GIMP, and viola.

No Windows products were used in the making of that picture.
