BG2: The ones I "disliked" were the ones I found a bit bland or useless. So I nominate Cernd and Haer'Dalis. Because the first thing I think when I have an empty slot in a party plan is "By Bhaal's scrotum! This party really needs a dull werewolf and a crap bard!"
KotOR2 - Ugh, most of them were annoying and if not that dull to some degree. But bonus points to Disciple and whoever wrote him. because "I've been following you for ten years and I've loved you since I was like ten" it the BEST way to make us love a character (And extra bonus points to the mong who wrote Kreia's end dialogues, where you get "DISCIPLE WUVED YOU" but nothing for Atton, who had just as much if not more of a romantic prescence)
Speaking of Kreia... By the Gods, it's like she goes out of the way to annoy me. I don't mind a good character telling me off for evil things and an evil character teling me off for good things... but the same character telling me off for both? And don't get me started on that beggar scene! I figured she was manipulating me like two minutes after meeting her, she didn't need to rub it in and the game didn't need to treat it like WHOA REVELATION. It was so... so... so obvious.
NWN2 - Qara. Just Qara. Aaargh.
Mass Effect - Liara. She DRAWS HER EYEBROWS ON. And she's really creepy. 'Nuff said.

BG1 - I really liked Xan, but I wasn't so hot on hit stats. I really wanted to use that Moonblade, but he was a mage. But he didn't have the magic missiles to be a proper mage. Even then, he had me at "We're doomed"
Odd as this may seem, I liked Khalid too. Despite or perhaps because of his stutters and his shyness. He was cute, I thought, and I was a bit disappointed when he died in BG2. I've always wanted a mod or something that swapped which swapped Jaheira for Khalid (And Minsc for Dynaheir), just to see how things would have turned out.
BG2 - Anomen. I'll admit Anomen can be love/hate for me, but that's because he's like the male version of me, and seeing yourself reflected so well can be a bit strange. He's even got the ticked-off "What is it now?!" towards friends and family. I guess that's what made him seem so sympathetic to me, almost sweet, even when he was storming about in one of his bad moods, because I'm of an equally foul temper myself.
KotOR - Carth. I just love all of his romance talks, from the mushy stuff to the downright goofy ("Ouch! I think you hurt my man-feelings with that one!"). He feels like the only love interest with a proper sense of humour who thinks it's cute when you mock him and doesn't go insta-dump on you because you call him a hairless wookiee. Plus there's the voice. Mm, Raphael Sbarge...
Oh, and Jolee and HK will always have a place in my heart (Or at least my "Top 10 funniest game characters" list)
KotOR2 - Atton was cute and vaguely intriguing, I'll admit it. But I did prefer Bao-Dur's sensuous voice, all five lines of it. I thought he was one of the better characters - or at least, he would have been if they'd fleshed him about a bit more.
NWN2 - Sand. Had he been romantically inclined, I would have been on him faster than you can say "Forget Bishop". His wit, his sarcasm... He was fantastic. I took him with me even when I was already a magic user because I cherished his every interjection.
Mass Effect - Garrus. I can't quite describe it, to be honest, but there's just something about him that makes me like him. Much as I like Kaiden, Garrus always comes out on top, possibly because of the mix of naivety and cynicism that makes him at once cute and respectable.

I do want to get it to try it out and all, but... I'm a bit irked that Obsidian are going to be skimping on NPCs. If powergamers want to make their own full party and not bother with the NPCs, they can do that. But those of us who want good NPCs can't just ignore the lack of them.
I know I'm probably going to end up playing make-believe with my own party and talking to myself. So far my "custom character" party plan has room for a money-loving cleric of Waukeen and an Edwinesque female mage among other things. Maybe I'll learn to code and mod the SoZ campaign to stick better NPCs in, we'll see how it goes (Because let's face it, modules are fun but the base campaigns could still use some lovin').

Name: Sonja
Race: Human
Class: Invoker
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Sonja spent much of her time in Candlekeep causing trouble with Imoen. The rest of the time she spent sticking her nose around the library and reading the dustiest of spellbooks. Though she always tries to do what she thinks is right, she doesn't give much thought to how she does it. As such, she will gladly lie, cheat, steal, kill and blunder her way through kobold infested caverns is she feels it serves a greater purpose. Those who cross her path find her bossy, foul-tempered, and stubborn - all true. But if they get to know her a little better, they'll find a sympathetic soul beneath her prickly shell.
When presented with a quest, she'll demand to find out more in the most rude manner possible without breaking the quest. She'll then begrudgingly accept before stumbling off to complete it.
