Help with really basic question - editing DLGs

Can anyone tell me if it possible to edit the conversation text within a DLG file *AND* make it available to other people on the net without sending them your huge DIALOG.TLK file? I know you can edit the triggers and actions and share them but does that work for the conversational part as well? Ermm.... help!
