This I think is caused by deleteing the setup xxxxxx.exe & set xxxxxx.tp2 and mod folder after installation of the mod and then installing another WeiDU mod.

Yes, I delete the mod install files after the installation is complete. I can't uninstall the mods with ??????, but there isn't any other problem, right?

I always uninstall/delete all files related to the installation. I don't know what should I do now.

EDIT: Wow, I never thought that I will find him in the arena... Sorry for the trouble. Next time when I can't find an NPC I will look for it more carefully

Thats the third reinstall I do and the ?????? were always there and I'm sure that another reinstall won't fix it .
By the way Hendak wasn't always missing.
