Sharp Teeth Pass

Hi

I have translated LuvNalia mod in Italian (i'm italian  ^_^  ) and I have seen that there is a new area in this mod:  "Sharp Teeth Pass", but i haven't found the worldmap file, so i can't translate the name of this area in the game map. So, where is this file?   :(
