What do u mean by 'extract"? Usually u just need to find *.tra files in mod directory, open them and change eng text to pl. There is very useful tool made by ppl from BWL - it's called TREP and it helps a lot in translating. It's a lot more comfortable than word - in my opinion ofc

I have one more question - and idea
Kido left party and i took him back. Could this cause any damage to Kido's banters or quests or sth?
Mb i could change Merkanth variable manually (via SK or NI or sth like that) to "alive" or "teleported"? Do u think that this could help? And if yes, do u know how to do this? I know very few aboute modding...
