I have found the solution, i removed BG2 FIX PACK, and SoA starts normaly, well in RoT stile, wich is very cool! (since i saw it for the first time 
)

I tried to put those 2 files in overrride, still not working.
Do you have any other solution? Tnx
If not, il skip RoT,and maybe instal it later when i come to SoA.
