Well I'm not giving up yet...
Maybe I'll try the scroll option...I've just been casting a resurrection spell directly on the apparition. I'll CLUA in a scroll and see if the dialogue proceeds differently...

Not sure how to force the romance all globals/affects pertaining to Tashia seem to be the same as they were before the battle & resurrection, except lovetalk has gone from 47 to 48. I'll try resetting to 47 and reset the timer and see what happens....
