I did these a few months ago using JPS's very nice armorless Aerie pic as a base (found here: G3 JPS gallery).

My reasons being I had come across some differently coloured Aerie pics before, but couldn't find them in the larger sizes or sans armor.  So I did these with the Gimp in what I'm sure was the long way around ( color layer over b&wlayer, erasing the hair so only the bw version showed through and then adding color to the B&W layer blah blah - took forever)

So here goes:

Purple!
  
Bright Blue!

Sea Green!
  

And then two versions of the same color, one with the contrast way up and the other down.  Poor Aerie, all those years of torture have turned her prematurely grey...
    

Believe it or not, I find her less whiney with different hair colours.  

For some reason, this picture makes me think JLo could pull off either Dynaheir or Jaheira:



Standard xters:
Imoen/Nalia - Kate Winslet and Drew Barrymore could flip a coin to see who would play what and I think that would work
Aerie - Sarah Gellar
Irenicus - definitely David Warner, he could shave his head
Jan Jansen - Ian Holm
Xan - most definitely James Callis, whoever suggested that is dead on!
Viconia - not a lot of dark blue actress about but I'd suggest Morena Baccarin
Minsc - Jason Statham, he'd have to work out a bit
Keldorn - I'd say Tom Selleck if I thought he could pull off an English accent (or at least ye olde Fantasy speake); you really need someone with stature
Valygar - Vin Diesel for the monotone
Shadow Thieves who get blown up while you're in a cage at the beginning - Freddie Prinze Jr. and Matthew Lillard
Saemon Havarian - I don't know, it's a shame Bert Convy is dead
