Erh, I have a similar problem, even though I've been out of the underdark her former lover won't appear...even reloading and again going through the last bit of the underdark didn't solve this.
Erhm, I have these mods installed: tashia, the longer road, questpack, dungeon begone, unfinished business.
All except tashia have been used in my last playthrough without giving problems.
So what I wonder is if This Arilistan can be encountered later as maybe I've missed one or two talks?

I'm playing it at intervals, it's still a fantastic game.
