I always thought that in BG getting high reputation was really easy and it was never a big deal if you killed someone.
A while ago I played FoTD and that greatly increased the cost of raising reputation. It make the game more interesting because rep was actually a factor and gaining rep from quests was helpful instead of pointless.
Wouldn't mind seeing it added to the bgt tweaks if you agree.

Not sure why, but everytime I tried to scribe this spell it would fail.
BG1 Areas disappearing from map in BG2.

It is intentional to have all the BG1 areas go away once you start playing BG2? I think they should stay.
-BGT is a long game, looking back at all those places gives a sense of accomplishment.
-BG1Mods like Dsotsc, Ntotsc, and Bonehill stay on the map which looks kind of odd to have a couple clumps of areas surrounding a big empty space. If the bg1 areas get removed from the map it makes sense that these would also.
-For some reason in my game Ulcaster ruins is still there and when I click on it the game tries to load an area and causes a CTD.
This is BGT beta4 still.
Tweaks and Personal Thoughts:
I think it would be awesome if BG2 and 2 were really one game as in you could go back to BG1 areas and the bg2 chapters just continued to count up after Sarevok. All the npcs would have to be removed from the original bg1 and ported over to BG2 in some fashion. There could even be a mod made later that adds some new quests to the old BG1 locations if you return after playing bg2.

Company of Eight is TDD right?
first off:
Is it just me or is the company of eight event bugged to hell? Most of these problems occured in the second area, the one with all the mazes and doors.
-For some reason and I couldn't find a pattern to it occuring, but multiple copies of some of the characters would spawn. Some of these copies would be unraisable once killed.
-One guy I think it was Sylvanus could not be raised when he died. He stayed blue.
-When some characters die the others will spam you constantly until you raise them. I mean they talk to you like every 2 seconds.
-When a character dies and you raise them back they will only stay alive for so long. If you wait a long time or rest for 8 hours they will die again, you'll get the rep hit, and you will have to raise them once again.
-Raising someone back to life yields 10000xp for all your party members, this would be easy to exploit along with the issue above.
-When people die they just stand there with a blue circle, wouldn't it make more sense if when dead they were laying on the ground?
-Sometimes the company would say I betrayed them and turn hostile when I didnt even attack any of them.
-Some of the members of the company are unkillable so if they do go hostile you can't do anything about it.
-If you go back to the first area(cave) from the second area(dongeon) the whole company will be there and be on your team no matter how many died or if they went hostile.
-The event didnt seem to have an end, I killed the dragon and the Mage of Zannaster(Whats up with him anyway he seems unkillable until whatever the trigger is turns him into a Lich.) After killing him as a Lich nothing happened, I looted his body and that one door down there was still locked. There was no dialogue from the company or anything. Is this the end of this event?
The company of eight is a really cool concept, but with all these bugs it makes it barely playable. The event needs some serious reworking. At the end I was just using Ctrl-Y to kill everything and just finish it.
Also some other problems. I do not know which mods these are related to.
-I cannot enter Trollford or Purskal. They are on my map but I cannot click on them to enter them.
-The city of Hlondar... There are 3 parts to this city which are all on the world map. However when you exit the city in most of the places it just autosaves and takes you to the next part of town instead of bringing you to the worldmap and letting you choose again.
-(AR1004)There is a graphical glitch in the house you have to goto int he government district. I think this is related to SoS. It's the house where there is a locked container in the wall.

Its out now? Don't see it on the mirrors unless the filename is still the same as before? Aside from screwed up journal entries and map string references will upgrading from beta4 to zeta mess up my save game real bad?
