hmm using an old save game is problematic because the "wrong" npc is stored also there. try to keep a savegame before you go through the portal to meet yoshimo - that should work (but read seanas' msg) .
otherwise enable cheat keys , get the portal key, and jump through the dungeon :ninja: to see if the npc's are working correct ....
