Hi all,
I just bought a laptop then i installed BGT to enter the FR again.
but then 2 problems is troubling me,
one is that whenever the first time i start the game,the first time i write a scroll into my spellbook,
it is a 100% failure in result,but after that no matter how many spells i write into my spellbook is 100% success.
i never experience this in all my previous BGT game experience.

Then the second problem is,whenever i try to sleep it just crash to dekstop(CTD),
makes me pretty frustrated,then i check for every savegame i found it this problem only occured for some of of my save game files.
so i tried to clear my "cache" folder,but when i opened i found that the folder is e,pty and nothing to be found in the cache folder either.

Oh by the way,i am using windows 7 64-bit for my new laptop.

Hi all,
this is my first time playing BGT in a pc with Windows 7,
the problem i encounter is,
when i clicked on the "Setup-BGT",the dos console pop out as usual & asking me which language to choose,
the problem is, i can't seem to type any word in the console,
means i "type out" the option in the dos console,any idea how to overcome this?

Just downloaded the worldmap v8,Region of Terror & shadows over soulbar mod,
there are some concerns in my mind which i worry it might cause some problem to my current game,
i m having the following mods in my current game like:

BGT
Worldmap v7.1
BG2 Tweak Pack
DSoTSC+NToTSC for BGT
Secret of Bonehill
Drizzt Saga
Ease of use
Thalantyr item upgrade
BG2 item upgrade
Underrepresented items
Solaufein mod
Saereileth mod
Valen mod
Longer Road
Improved Horn of Valhalla

So,my main concern is this:
i m going to try out the wmv8,Rot & Sos mod,

Does any of the above new downloaded mods is having compatibility issues with my current installed mods?
so in what order should i install the new mods?
if a fresh reinstallation is required,what order you guys recommended?
Do i need to uninstall the current v7 worldmap then only go for v8 one?
Do i need to use the savegame converter too if i do not want to start a new game?if that is so,what other steps should i take?

Any help would be appreciated.
