I don't know if this is a bug exactly, but the altered Defender of Easthaven states in its description that it has +2 to hit and +2 to damage, but it actually is gaining +3 to hit and +4 to damage. I assume the error is in the item description itself. I don't think that any of the other mods I have would cause this. Just a minor nitpick.
Two weapons that I can think of in unmodded bg2 have ticked me off since I first played the game through. Last I checked, the runehammer is plucked off the corpse of a certain GIANT!!! And then the Protagonist is able to wield it 1 handed?!
I'm pretty sure Its gonna take 2 hands for that thing. Joril's Dagger, after all, is a two handed sword. Is it possible to alter the rune hammer to require two hands?? To keep the weapon balanced I would suggest it do either 1d10 or 2d6 damage and have the upgraded enchantment bumped to +6. I would suggest something similar for Frostreaver also, as it's item description states it was the preferred weapon of a frost giant. 1d10 damage and a smidgen more acid and cold damage or a slowing effect would leave the weapon pretty well balanced. Considering how early this weapon is attained, I think bumping it's enchantment would unbalance it a bit. Any takers? I'm probably gonna end up doing this myself but have no idea what I'm doing or where to start.
