Right, found her at the second level of the Merchants League building (not behind it, as stated in walkthrough, so it might have changed) and her name is Edie.

I thought the Citadel is kind of secluded, governed and policed by itself, so I also think it might be a leftover area script.

Another question, is Eddie ("a girl preparing to an exam can be found in one of the buildings behind the Merchants League") in this version of NTotSC? Just asking because I cant find her in those buildings.

Playing EET, healed Keelor tells me Nasha is in the southern part of the Baldur's Gate, if I ever need healing. I can't find her though, is she actually there?

If you are caught stealing in the Northern Citadel, a Flaming Fist guards show up. Doesn't really makes sense.
