In Topic: NPC Banters with CHARNAME: How many?

12 October 2019 - 08:15 PM

What's a good standard number of banters between an NPC and CHARNAME for a mod?

We say that NPCs should banter with each other at least Onlinesbi sudoku incometaxindiaefiling

twice as a rule of thumb, but what about CHARNAME? How many is a good rule of thumb for BG1, BG2, and ToB?

Thanks,

Bill

There are soooo many NPCs to choose from today, that someone who is just STANDARD will have a hard time finding interested players, unless there is something very special about this specific one (race, class, skills, unique weapons).

In Topic: Pickpocket Options

I am not sure if this is the best place to ask this question and if there is a similar topic somewhere, I haven?t found it.

How would one go about modifying the inventory slots from which a thief or bard can pickpocket?

For instance, a thief picked my character?s pocket

and being the nice person that I am, I beat him unconscious with my fists but left him with his life. I see no reason why I shouldn?t be able to take the sword out of his unconscious hand or the boots off of his unconscious feet. It?s not like he?s swinging and kicking. (Although picking the pockets of a hostile creature is a different matter.)

Currently, (in BG 1 at least) a thief can pickpocket from every slot except ARMOR, BRACERS, HELMET, GIRDLE, CLOAK, BOOTS, SHIELD, and selected WEAPON.

Thanks for any help in advance.

I'm not even mentioning Oberon's estate in the first Baldur's Gate game. Irritating doesn't describe half of it. Has anyone else has actually been *afraid* of being discovered?

In Topic: Ascalon's quest pack?

In BWS (stable) installation, BG1 quest mods are installed. One of them is called:

Ascalon's Quest Pack I: The Serpents of Abbathor Part 1

While I enjoy this mod on so many levels, I find that there are very few discussion of the mod.

When I was doing a crossword solver sip calculator epfo

walkthrough search, all links direct to German forum.

So now I ended the chapter with the quest item because I can't find the quest giver to return it.

If anyone help me find more information on this mod I would appreciate that.

The writer of the mod said that the house was to the west, when it was to the east. Probably a mistranslation from the German. frowning.png

In Topic: Breagar NPC mod from Ascalon

11 October 2019 - 06:50 PM

Hi all,

Not sure it is the right place to post it but anyway.

Does anybody tried the Breagar NPC mod?

So far, it is a nice mod as far as you Nox Vidmate VLC

can translate the remaining German parts of it.

There is a quest given by the "Silberne Zwergin" (silver she-dwarf ?) according to which I am supposed to kill a giant in the Cloudpeaks.

I've been to the specific map called Cloudpeaks (where the Lena and Samuel quest takes place) but I couldn't find him.

So, if anybody has already completed the quest could he/she be kind enough to give me some clues?

Thanks a lot

generic reactions at the appropriate places and the transition from one camp to another in case he is not in party etc. I don't think this was all considered by White Agnus yet. If Breagar is in party and cheated into ID, the EET version is quite stable.
