Im attempting a full Tactical Install.
Everything was done to assure a good install, backups, fresh install of beamdog versions, Antivirus and Malware programs off, nothing else running, Etc.

The issues is with EET Tweaks, Specificaly the Xp decrease for quests.

Anyone got any ideas?

XP for killing creatures -> Decrease to 50% (EET (Enhanced Edition Trilogy) Tweaks) was installed successfully.
