Well, I figured it out. I looked at the book from Bodhi's lair, and the suggestion to visit the Temple of Oghma in the Docks District. Went back to an earlier save, before we resurrected Isra, and proceeded to the Docks. As soon as I had the conversation with the priest, the journal updated. He told me to see the bookseller in the Umar Hills, which we did, and the journal updated again. THEN we went to the Temple of Amaunator, and brought Isra back to life again. She spoke! Gave me the quest for the Temple of Lathander, where we found Evendur, and restored her to grace. I have my Paladin and my lover back, and all is well. Leaving this here in case my experience is of use to someone else. 

First of all, thanks to Rhaella for making the mod and continuing to support it. I've really enjoyed having Isra in my party. I'm playing BG2EE, the GoG version, with Isra 2.1 installed with the Big World app. After the Bodhi kidnapping, I took her body and Bodhi's heart to the statue with the arms of Amaunator. She re-appeared, but as a fallen Paladin. She would not speak or interact with me. I used Ctrl-Q to get her back in my party, but she has not said a word since, and the Temple of Lathander has nothing to offer. I feel like all I got back was her body, and the vampires stole her soul. Help?!
