Hi!  Playing BGT modded with Ascension, SCS, tweaks, and a couple of other usual mods, things going fine so far. 

After I received the Investigating the Iron Throne quest from Duke Eltan, I did all of TOTSC.  When I came back to BG, I went straight to the Iron Throne and cleared out all levels.  Back at FFHQ, I talked to Eltan on the second floor and told him the evidence and bad guys are in Candlekeep.  He said, awesome, here's this book, I'll send you now.  Next Chapter starts with cut scene/text scroll, and I have the book but I'm still in FFHQ, and Duke Eltan has nothing to say to me.  I tried spawning Eltan again, and he just says I should hurry up.  Any ideas?  Thank you!   

EDIT: I just went back to a save before TOTSC and took care of Iron Throne and had the same outcome with Eltan, so it's not the order or a timer.
