okay, but I solved my problem. Was just my antivirus deleting autoit3.exe, saw it vanish before my eyes and got suspicious. 
edit: oh and I knew that there are more executables then just .exe's nowadays, that was why I asked. Shoulda known it was my antivirus trolling me though.
