@tuoli9I'd appreciate if you'd not post bugs here. Feel free to write comments like "your reccomended mod sucks and you're an idiot", "Why didn't you reccomend mod x since it's great for me?" and similar but no bugs, please. My current BGT install consists of about 12 mods only, and works flawlessly.
In the list are mods which I found to be of decent enough quality for people to play them - I would never install all of them at the same time.
They might work together, or may not - untested.
What I wanted to do is save people some misery of playing mods which are either unbalanced, have a large amount of bugs, or just bad from my point of view.
That being said, I made another BG install in addition to my own and filled it up with a staggering amount of mods - even those I would really not reccomend to anyone. I tried replicationg the crash you have, but it doesn't happen.
However, given that the 3rd wave consists of skeletons - try this - download Mike's fix on page 1. Or, skip Obe's illusions (why would you fight 3 waves ffs, or any at all!?) and travel to High Hedge. If you get CTD there (before skeletons appear) it's probably fixable by link above.
On a different issue - would anyone be interested in balancing out items in BG1 Big Mods part? Not as removing them/randomly nerfing them, but handwork.
Yeah sorry about that, just going to remove my post. I know fighting the illusions isn't important and can be skipped, just thought that incase that I have to reinstall I might as well do it now and not until I have put hours into the game and can't continue because of similiar crash.
Anyway thanks kreso for the reply and for your recommendations, have been looking for a mod pack like this for a while.
/edit Thank you so much kreso, that seemed to fix the CTD! Can't believe I missed that thread.
