In Topic: Does this mod interact with Ascension?

I'm no expert at this, so don't take my word for it, but digging through the dialogue files, I didn't see a trigger for an active romance path. So I'm inclined to say no.

I suppose if you wanted to play with Ascension you could lower the difficulty to less than normal before the conversation (since Sarevok will stay with you in that case), then immediately change it back when the fight starts.

Class: Necromancer

Race: Any (Bretons and Altmer are preferred for better spellcasting)

Birthsign: The Lady or the Mage for use, The Ritual for roleplaying

Favored Attributes: Intelligence or Endurance, Willpower

Specialization: Magic

Major Classes: Conjuration, Mysticism, Illusion, Restoration (ironically), Heavy Armor, Blunt, Destruction

Description: Necromancers specialize in the forbidden school of study: resurrecting the dead. To know death, they often study life and are thus quite capable in the fields of healing magic. While their primary method of combat is to allow their undead abominations to swarm the enemy and fire destructive spells from afar, they wear heavy armor beneath their robes and carry a blunt weapon, in case they are ever surprised from behind. Necromancers are highly skilled in twisting the minds of others so as the dispel any suspicions one might have towards their activities, and occasionally use this to lull someone into a false sense of security before ripping their soul out. Parts of the body is then carried around so as to be reanimated at any time, and the soul itself is used to fuel darker magics.

Now that I think about it, Necromancers seem a lot like evil-aligned clerics....

So all the videos released so far lacked cheese, have developers act normal, no catch phrases, lack blood spatter everywhere and show compelling game-play.

If they keep this up, I might actually be convinced someone at EA/Bioware learned something from their last 2 products.

They also have Qunari as playable races, apparently 0.o Not sure how that's going to work out, what with their whole "for the Qun" attitude, but it'll be interesting, to say the least. But the videos do look promising--I like their new tactical camera.

Also, what's up with that book that one mage was using?

*shrugs* I kinda like it. And I like how they're describing mundane things, like the innkeeper's silver tooth. It makes them seem a little more...real.

So long as they don't go overboard and give me a minute description of the dry brown maple leaf that softly crunched beneath my character's right foot as she lightly set it down on the soft and moist forest floor, I'm fine with it.

Oh, I know what you mean. I really really want to get my hopes up for this game, buuuut after the last few disappointments (okay, so DA2 wasn't bad per se, and ME3 was great except for that stupid ending) I'm honestly too afraid to.

And as for the other evil stuff...

...um...maybe you have to collect the agents? And hey, better too many outfits than too few. I think they DID have outfits for the female inquisitor besides the male one, it's just harder to tell because they're actually averting Chainmail Bikini Syndrome.

Just curious, if you don't want a Welsh accent for the elven inquisitor, what do you want? French?

(looks back over post) Wow, usually I'm the pessimistic one.
