This is gamer advice, not modder advice, as will be apparent:

 

Had that exact same problem. I CLUA'd in the 3 items he should give you, and went on with the quest based on the information. But since he didn't complete his dialog, there is no way to return to him to report that you completed the quest. I just CLUA'd myself to Garotten (map location bacame reachable after i CLUA'd), and did everything there. An annoying lack of closure despite most of the content still being available. Keep the walkthrough at hand, and have a look in NearInfinity for the item and area codes you need to CLUA.

 

For Garotten, I recall it was an area with number 2000. "BH2000"? I can't remember exactly. Type X when you are in Restenford, then you'll know.

For the items, go to NearInfinity, and look in the ITM folder for items with the same code (starting with "BH" if I guessed right), and you should stumble on the button, string and piece of cloth.

 

And afterwards, you CLUA back to a main game area. It will lock out Bonehill areas and reopen the rest of the world map.

BHPLOT01 (STRING)

BHPLOT02 (RUBY)

BHPLOT03 (BUTTOM)

BHPLOT04 (ARNESS DOCUMENTS)

If you have installed The One Drizzt mod then you can't kick-out Drizzt. Keep him in your party when you transit to BG2.

 

If you haven't installed The One Drizzt mod then you can kick "Drizzt Saga" Drizzt out. You find RoT Drizzt at Irenicus Dungeon.

Well, Nib Jansen is merchant that sells stuff, nothing more.

 

Well if you have killed Robed Figure and saved the child go to Baldur's Gate or anywhere you want to. Use worldmap like you always have done.

 

Kick Drizzt and his friends from party or keep them, your choice. It doesn't matter any more Drizzt Saga is over.

in BG2: SOA (I have installed RoT), Drizzt appear with the experience as I leave it in BG1?

 

Have you done Bear Tribe quest aka search for baby of Bear Tribe at Bear Tribe Village. During that quest visited areas:

Spoiler

Storm March Mountains
Frost Giant Hills
Winter Wolf Ritual

Met Nib Jansen at Airship Wreck

 

If you have done that too that's the end of Drizzt Saga so go back to Baldur's Gate areas.

Yes, I made those areas and mission (except that of nib that is not how it's done)

But I did not do yet is Baldur's Gate!
