It looks like someone's packaged a buggy version of BG Graphics Overhaul.

But it hasn't been a problem otherwise thus far,...

Getting this now shortly afters left Irenicus dungeon. Cutscene with Imoen plays out fine, have conversations with party members. Just quick saved after Hrothgar's chat now.

PIECE4 is at Level 1 (TT5001, x 2495 y 860)

 

Was this piece, and didn't quite now about crtl+m showing area codename. do now though. :)

I can't quite recall if I already turned in 3 or 4 machine pieces… Do know had got Kaylessa's and turned that in. Found the piece on the table which was part3 for me I believe.

Its possible a trigger didn't register/flag correctly.

 

I'll double-check again just in case in a moment…
