I knew they weren't compatible with BG2, but I was curious if BGT had added whatever BG1 had to make the Dragons work. Apparently BGT did not add whatever made them compatible with BG1, as they don't show up in character creation or shadowkeeper.

Well you technically don't... I would advice to utilize it's tools, like the Generalized biffing, your override folder is .. well full of larger than regular AI scripts... meaning you'll encounter large lags. To get rid of that, try these advices.

Sorry new here, ok. Its hard to know what forums admin usually want till after the fact. Some would prefer you revive dead threads than start new ones. I've been on forums where they will actually merge threads even if the one its related to has been dead for a couple years, because they don't want tons of redundant threads on the same topic. Others well like this one would rather you start a new thread. I know now that this one wants ya to start a new thread, so next time that's what I will do.
Could you please try running this? (grab the second attachment in this post and overwrite it before running that to prevent freakiness with Watcher's Keep)
Would probably work best if you have a save from before you entered Tazok's tent/ Bandit Camp
Also, you might wanna run this while you're at it

The game is CtD in Tazok's tent, twice now.
I managed a work around by doing ctrl y all the hostile npcs inside the tent.
After leaving the tent I started freezing regularly, no crashes, both in the bandit camp and in cloakwood. Each time it froze it would last only a few seconds, release me and then do it again.
My Baldur.err is blank, it has nothing to show.

I'm not sure I even have megamod, from the looks of the log I don't. installed but when googling the crash this is the only thread that came up.

Why would DLCs make you buy a game?
Because I already have BG1 and BG2. So why pay for a game that I already have, again? Tweaks, and Bug Fixes are nice. But a lot of those have been in the community for years. So for me the question is why buy the game again.
Its the promise of DLC that has me enticed. New missions, New NPCs. Maybe even New Areas. Be nice if they would add areas not seen in BG1 or BG2 such as Calimshan or Cormyr or any other areas, not already seen, from Forgotten Realms.
I'm willing to buy the game to support them as they development new content.
You do know that almost every mod, or more likely exactly every mod needs to be altered to count the BG*EE editions. Which will make the whole BWS a whole new lot of mess.
Yes I am aware. Some will be updated, a lot won't be. Still it will be a shame to loose a lot of hard work over the years for those that won't be. And I am also aware it will take time also.

Well, the devs have to finish BG:EE first, then they have to finish BG2:EE... then I'll think about it.
Well that goes without saying of course. This is one of the few mods that would definitely make me purchase both Enhanced Editions when their released.
I'm just saying of course, its not the only reason I would buy the Enhanced Editions. There is the promise of DLC down the road from Overhaul, which is a big factor in my decision more so than this mods compatibility.
