Also, I was referring to the ToB Sendai - I had forgotten that there was a Sendai in BG1 as well.

Well, I didn't plan on going into that rathole with SimDing0 but he did point out that the worst part of BGT was the method used in the transition. You are forced to solved TotSC and the dialogs just don't match up with the character. The cutscene doesn't make much sense. The transition is (to me) the part that makes BGT a better game than Tutu but it is so broken that Tutu becomes the better solution. I would like to fix it and make BGT the better option.
A hearty congratulation here - I think it is much improved.
Some thoughts - in the Realms, there are way of diverting teleportation - (as we know from ToTSC). Perhaps having Belt summon a mage to teleport you, beginning the normal teleport effect, and then create another "dangerous" spell-effect, have the mage shout something about a powerful force wresting control of the spell from him - and then fading to black.
Another idea, if you go back to Belt in between the ToTSC quests, have him talk to you about the continuing crisis with Amn - you and your party can chip in with suggestions - if evil you can lead him towards suggesting that he pay you to do a scry teleport attack on the Amnian forward positions and supply routes, and if good you can suggest he sends you as a peace emmisary - if neutral, you can do either, or make no suggestions, in which case he could teleport you to somewhere like Waterdeep to carry messages to allies.
Whatever happens, the teleportation will be intercepted, and you will wake up in Chateau Irenicus.

Some thought will be given to this, but as far as combatting possession, the game really doesn't make any allowance for this. When esponding to the possession by Labelas, why can the PC only respond pro-actively by reaching for a weapon. Any cleric (with their turning), and some mages, have a much greater range of options, including non-violent ones, for combating possession. Even a paladin could Sense Evil, fo example (and I think there may be a sense evil item out there, in the main game)
My thought was: Say you have an undead spirit possessing a living humanoid. If a good cleric uses their turning ability, there is a possibility the spirit would be turned (making it flee) or destroyed. This should not effect a living creature (as positive energy dosen't), but would serve to end the possession. There is also a mage spell called something like Control Undead, or Destroy Undeas, or something smilar, which would do the same thing, but I don't know if that is from a Mod.
A side issue. Lathander, the Morning Lord, has a real issue with undead (being anithetical to his portfolio of birth and the dawn), and his speciality clerics would share that animus - although it may be too much work, one of this type of clerics would propably react very badly to such a creature, as their god tells them it is anathema.
