Hi, I have made a "How to" install guide for BWP its the first link in my siggy..

I am adding a expert level install.. If you could be so kind as to post any mandatory edits you have had to make with a expert install here, that would be helpful, I will add your comments to the guide and you will get full credit for the info you provide.

Please post what expert mod you installed and the modifications needed..

Ok, was wondering if theres any cheats using say shadowkeeper you always use.. I do and heres what I do:

1. I give everyone a base move of 5, I cant stand how slow every one moves without it.. the games too big to move slow. But I never run from a fight. Plus I think changing that only affects the speed they move at..

2. I change Imoen into a figter/thief. (I make it all leagal.. shes a tiefling) I recently made her a charming rouge til I found out that was a no-no..

3. I give Viconia a cleric kit. either TDD's shar or Mystra (all made legal)

4. I make the druid/fighter chic from the friendly arms inn a single class wild mage (made all legal with shadowkeeper)

5. I use the cheat CLUAConsole:ExploreArea() to open maps when Im in a city (as I feel that unlike wild areas, the cities are well known enough and mapped enough you should not be blind)

Anyway them are the cheats I always use to make the game more fun..

another well.. not so much a cheat as a strategy.. I go ASAP to the lighthouse where the flesh golem is in the cave (In BGI) every time you rest he re-spawns, hes worth 2000 exp, so its a good way to build your BGI chrs up.

Also I sometimes start me and Imoen out with a +1 long sword (me) and Imoen with a +1 short sword and a +1 Short bow, so that I dont die always as I dont always make a bee line to the friendly arms inn.. (as I hate that place) I dont always do this, but sometimes I do.. I also give Imoen a quiver of plenty +1 as Im lazy and dont like to have to worry about always buying her dame arrows.. I give her the bag and forget about it.. Id give her a quiver of plenty with no bonus, if it existed, but +1 is the lowest that exists, I dont do that to cheat so much as Im lazy.. BTW if someone can make a quiver of plenty of normal arrows.. that would be cool

Hi, I was wondering as Ive seen mods here that completely change the GUI.. is it possible to increase the size of the image on the chr sheet and the head shot of the in game avatars of your chrs? Or is that hard coded?

Just asking as thous of us that use the wide screen mod, it would be cool to have bigger images of our chrs, both in the chr sheet and the in game avatar, granted this would require some modifications of the GUI.. but would this be possible? Like simply making the area larger for the Portraits?

Hi, Im making this simple post as there have been many questions recently regarding my "Big World Project (BWP) Install 101 For Newbies" and having a GOG version of the game installed, well thanks to William Imm, you can now use my guide with a GOG install.. My guide will now refer you to William Imm's install.bat so that you can now follow the guide and make a successful install if you have the GOG version of the game installed!
