it seems that i have a same problem as you described.  In fact after I realized my summon limit went down to 0 I tracked my saves back and found out that by returning from pocket plane my summon limit decreased. There are 2 saves in a file and second save named summont limit 0 is a save just after returning from pocket plane in first save.  Maybe if you examine what happens in returning from pocket plane that changes the summon limit you will figure out what causes a bug.  I have imported my char from BGT mod at lvl 8 and started again with ToB with no mod installed.  After my summon limit was decreased I have been using summon limit removal mod by Ding0  save.zip   2.17MB   237 downloads
