BG2: How to make Mind flayer character

I got a crazy idea and I had to try it with ShadowKeeper... but I have several problems...

First: My tentacle weapon acts just like fist.
2. How can I add Psionic abilities and Intelligence drain?
3. It seems that race must be some of normal races or leave race blank.
4. Do illithids have other special powers? Do they have immunities to some spells? Do they have Magic resistance?
