So after installing a fresh copy of BGT Recommended version and starting a brand new game with a fresh, hand made character, I get this conversation from Jondalar.

I found elsewhere on the forum that other people had this bug. But I don't want to risk it after creating my 4th character this week and doing 4 reinstalls

I'd appreciate if someone can also point out any other mods which might cause problems. I did this reinstall after Jarno pointed out that BGTNEJ is broken for BG2 transition and I didn't like breaking armor and Ulgoth's beard being moved on the map, so I changed those options in the batch file. Everything else regular 'recommended' install.

Hi, I installed the standard BWP option and Imoen is a Charming Rogue class. I selected to dual class her to a mage. All her thieving abilities got disabled and it says that Charming Rogue is 'Inactive' in her character description. When she should be CR lvl 3 and Mage lvl 1 now.

Is it because I have to level her to Mage level 3 to get her thieving abilities back? ( I REALLY need find traps)...

I picked up 5 gp in Beregost from a shelf somewhere, and accidentally aggroed the guard. I ran away. Now everyone in Beregost is hostile towards me. I still have quests to finish here. What do I do? Help!

I've installed BGT and am playing BG1 right now. I wanted to travel to the south of Beregost, which in original game was area 3800 with the hobgoblins and ghouls in it, but now not only the German name but the area is numbered 9700! But now on the map I find the area named 'Goldener Stirnreif'. Which translated from German means the Golden Headband???

Is this normal? Or is something screwed up in my game? Here's a shot.

So I wanted to disable the item shattering after installing BWP v10 last night with 'standard' and seeing my armor and shield SHATTER in the game today, which I wanted to disable right away. So i ran Setup-BGTTweak.exe, skipped the 1st option for non-installed options and answer A for ask for the already installed components. Sure enough I got to the part where it gave me a choice for the shattered items and I chose option 1, to not have item and armor shattering in game.

This is where something weird began to happen. My hard drive began thrashing like it was doing a wild search and then I got a whole BUNCH of files uninstalled for some reason.

I got this at the end of the run:

So now I don't know if my BWP installation is completely screwed up or what...

Anyone have this occur? Also, why is the shatter option installed by default in the 'standard' install? I think this is a major thing to enable without the user knowing...

I just started playing BG1, so I would appreciate any help with this, I don't want to end up with a broken save game later on.
