Well, I did a full re-install, making sure all the installed mods had their latest versions and it's working fine now.
I think it's been a mod conflict as I cut out a mod that I no longer have any use for and that's the only real difference apart from a couple of updates in the other mods. Thank you again for your quick answer though. I really appreciate it.
