I need the Area Editor

Hi there.
Cause I'd like code some new quests during my summer holidays I could need some new areas. And therefore I need a nice editor but teambg is still down.  I've searched on google but didn't find any mirrors :(. So would somebody be so kind to mail me the 'Infinity Engine Tileset Map Editor' ? My email is xeed@gmx.net

So where can I get the CE while teambg is still down ?
And btw how can I edit the weaponskills using Near Infinity ?

Two things I'd like to edit

There are 2 things I'd like to change.
First, I want her to spawn in Irenicus' bedroom (where the portalkey is) instead this little room where she actually spawns.
And second I'd like to give her a voice. And I think the female3 sound included in BG2 perfectly fits to her. Could you help me, because I've never used BG2 modding tools and I dont really understand the code ?
