So I've been searching high and low for solutions to a bunch of issues I'm having with BWP. I'm pretty much a noob to modding (went with BWP due to recommendation from a friend and a reddit guide that made it sound very easy), so please bear with me if I sound dumb. I've tried installing BWP about 4 times now. Every time I install, when it gets to the portion in the install.bat where it's installing all the mods, I encounter loads of errors and mods not getting installed as a result of those errors. I don't have the install.bat open atm but if you guys want, I'll rerun it and copy the error here.

Just as an example, though, if I try to manually install some of the mods that didn't install, for example, BG1 NPC Project, I get this:



Maybe I should go to gibberlings to ask about that one, but I figured it'd be more suitable here since the only thing I'm using is BWP.

When I actually try to run the game, though, from the ToBExLoader.exe, I get this:



If you need any other info, please let me know and I'll provide it. Hopefully by then I won't have pulled out all my hair, though.
