Innate Fix Troubles & BWP Redundancies

Hello guys!

I'm using the Innate Fix for BWP and I'm having some installation errors...
This is with the the installer .bat file (and not BWS).

In the debug for Innate Fix, it says the following,

ERROR: [BALDUR.BCS] -> [override/BALDUR.BCS] Patching Failed (COPY) (Parsing.Parse_error)
Stopping installation because of error.

I know it is an issue with refinements kits however, due to the TF suffix... but I think the original kit comes from TDD. As a temporary fix all I did was disable the TDD kits from installing...
