In Topic: BGT Multiplayer Issues after using Big World Project

Ok, it seems me and my friend finally found the mod responsible for the invisibility of our characters after saving during a multiplayer game: Throne of Bhaal Extender. After moving the content of the backup folder into the override, the issue did not appear any longer. We're currently trying to find the component responsible for the problem.

If anybody could offer any ideas on how to locate the component, I'd be very grateful.
Also, someone might want to add this issue and "fix" to the bug list for the Mega mod.

I think I've discovered one of the issues that might've caused the invisibility of our chars. On my PC, when I run setup-res_fixer.exe, I am asked whether I want to Re-install the components. My friend, however, is asked to Install instead, even though we had the same mod selection when we installed our games. When he tries to install the Resource fixer, we get this error message:

Spoiler

Any thoughts on what might be causing this? And could the lack of this component cause installation errors for other mods?

10th doesn't have that component installed - it would explain why he hasn't experienced any pink glow. I guess we've found the solution then~
Now all I need to do is fix the invisibility bug via Multiplayer and we're all set!

Might be caused due to a conflict with another mod which you don't have, though. I'll try to find out the component when I have time.

Only after installing Turambars Fixes and Tweaks mod the pinkness started appearing.

As you installed those mods manually, there's one final test you could run:
Uninstall Turambar's Fixes and Tweaks and install this mod one component at a time. After installing one component, quit the installer and start BG2 to check if the pink clothing issue appeared, if not, proceed to the next component.

This way the problem can be tracked to a single component.

Sorry, this may sound like a stupid question - but how do I manually uninstall a mod, making sure all the files it added are deleted? Do I just move the files from the backup folder into override and then delete the mod folder, or is there some other procedure?
