Missing 2 files on BiG World Recommended

So I ran the BiG World Setup and it was missing 2 files:
NPC_Portaits_v1.9.RAR
AjantisBG1_v4.zip

I chose to download them, and did, and moved them to the download folder, but it still couldn't find them.

1. Can those be added after the BiG World Setup now?
2. Can those be fixed for others?
3. Why didn't they work for me?
