I finally reistalled it all and i didn't recive that error anymore. I didn't reistall everything in the same exact order of the last instal and i added a few hotfix here and there, but i think it was probably a case of corrupt game since the changes i made are minimal.

Sure, but reistalling every mod (plus bg1 for bgt) will take some time. I'll tell you how it all go when i'm done. Thank you for the help.
