Also, did you happen to advance RealTime or otherwise try to hurry up the romance before the Underdark talks are over? I haven't been able to successfully hurry things up until the Underdark talks and the Encounter are over. I'll definitely confirm that it's possible to play this mod, having played through it several times, as long as it's played as intended.

In Topic: How do I make romance start?

You'll have to wait until you enter Brynnlaw to have the romance start with Ninde. You will know that either the romance or friendship track has started, because Ninde will initiate dialog after a bit of time in Brynnlaw. If she doesn't, then something's gone wrong with that. As long as the Jaheira romance isn't equal to 2, you'll probably be fine. *note: you need a charisma greater than 12.
With Ninde, I recommend getting to Brynnlaw fast, as soon as you have enough items and levels to allow you to survive the Underdark plots. This will give her a good head start versus Bioware NPC romances, and will let you get through the romance without wanting to resort to cheats to speed it up. Spend a lot of time in the Underdark, to make sure that all her talks there will happen. After the Underdark, spend a lot of time doing the quests that you didn't do before.

I've tried both major Tortured Souls possibilities, and both of them seem to be causing troubles. However, it's been a very long time since a mega-mod installation has worked for me. I'll possibly post a list of bugs soon. I want to be 100% sure of what's causing troubles, before I do that.

During testing, I had those problems. Generally, Ninde's scene and RE would work if Saerileth, Kivan, and RE were installed. Only RE would work if The Darkest Day was installed. I couldn't remember what is supposed to happen with suelle2 and Kivan, but it never happened.
I'm not going to make any guesses on a possible solution. With Ninde, you automatically get the "good" ending variable in ToB if you didn't end get the branch in SoA. If anyone's curious, Saerileth gets her wedding variable, even though her branch does not occur.

Definitely that sounds like an installation for true masochists. Definitely I'd never recommend anything like that on the first playthrough. I'd start with running all 6 party members away immediately, however. If he can't see them, he can't destroy them during Time Stop. The summoned monsters can stand around and keep the demons and Irenicus distracted. You are given a few scrolls that are useful in Suldanesselar, such as Time Stop, etc. that should prove useful in all this. Once he's used his really frustrating abilities and IF he isn't immune to Time Stop like certain ToB bosses, then you should be able to get that 1 hit point out of the way during a Time Stop at least. Eventually you should roll a 20. Finally, if he has Absolute Immunity up or something like that, then wait for that to expire while you're running away.
Some of the tactics mods are easier if you use a lot of Teleport Field, plus cheesing it up with Project Image, etc., but during your run I'd recommend Control-Y and then using something to get that 1 hp out of the way. This is because of that insane regeneration , which is beyond what your party can handle with what you have in terms of spells and gear.
For instance, what does Ring of the Ram do with that 1 hp?
If he's just proving nearly impossible to beat, you can be incredibly cheesy by using Control-R to heal up your party members and even resurrect them.
