Yvainwa

In the Temple of Umbrelee I went to go talk to the Bane cleric Shelgan. I cannot seem to do anything. Everyone in the temple has only one line of dialog and I can't seem to find anything. There is a door on the second floor that seems to lead to no where and there is a container on the first floor that I can also not access.(if I hold down Tab a pool highlights blue)

Is these a bug? Or are the areas not complete? Or am I just doing things wrong?

Also upon returning from the Swamp, there was mention that a Temple was opening up for Blush near the crypt. I went over there and can't seem to find anything open able. Is it just not ready yet in the game time?
