dialog.tlk file?

I'm trying to install some mods, but everytime I try get the following message:

Please run this program in your main BGII directory.

ERROR: Failure("Unable to find dialog.tlk")

I am running the setup programs from my main BGII directory and there is a dialog.tlk file in my main BGII directory.

I have uninstalled, and then reinstalled both SoA and ToB and I have the latest patch installed, as well. I even did clean downloads of the mods again.

Any ideas?

I just got to the part where aril comes back and tashia takes off with him and then when I rest i see a movie sequence where aril kills her.

To me it looked like the cave in umar hills where the mimic is, but when I went there there wasn't anything there.

What do I do to get her back?
