Problem with Multiplayer game in BGT 1.11

Originally, I had bugs like Imoen having Faldorn's soundset and Kagain with Imoen's soundset, Xan having Tiax's soundset when playing on my friend's Multiplayer game
I uninstalled and reinstalled the whole thing because I got a portrait issue in singleplayer with Imoen. After the new install everything was working fine, I followed the instructions to mod the game (bg2 fixpack first, and bg2 tweakpack and other mods AFTER BGT)
But when my friend reloaded the multiplayer game, the soundsets still have bugs. and it's Imoen having Garrick's sound, Kagain having Jaheira's soundset, and Xan having a female soundset.
I've started a game in multiplayer and have no issues, the same for singleplayer.
How can I resolve this issue?

Harder Beholders?

Does modded BG2 make the Beholders harder? Coz im level 14 or 15 sorcerer, in full party, couldn't defeat the beholders in the beholder lair in the underdark for the matron mother's quest. i have the cloak of mirroring, it does reflect spells all right, but it doesn't do them much harm at all.

Getting Irenicus to spawn in Spellhold

I have the Spellhold Gauntlet mod.. it worked the first time and Irenicus spawned immediately.. but my char died during the Bhaal dream fight.. so I reloaded the game.. but then.. no Irenicus spawn..so how do I solve that.. I walked round and round the prison but can't find him, only can find the portal to the Underdark and some rogue gems.. What do I have to do? Do I have to reload an old savegame? My backup savegame is before I left for Brynnlaw.

Installing TS(BP-compatible) on BG2

Hi, I juz started re-playing BG2 (completed it back in 2007/8 in Easy Mode with WeiDU EaseOfUse, Solaufein mod, UB, and Questpack, and Of coz patched the game) Currently playing with G3 Fixpack & Tweaks, RE, Xan mod, Yoshimo Frenship, Edwin Romance, Dungeon Be Gone, Ribald's Genie, NPC Flirts, Sarevok Romance, Adalon's Blood. (in Core Rules Mode)

-Don't know how to get the TS to install. Keep getting the error below
