So Nordom's crossbows are enchanted +1, right? He can take out abishai, shadows, anything that just can only be damaged by "an enchanted weapon" with regular bolts.
But when I was doing Glabrezu runs in UnderSigil and fighting the Fiend from Moridor's Box, both of which require +2 weapons to be hit, I equipped him with +1 bolts (my logic being that the bonuses should stack) and still got the "Crossbows cannot harm target" message... Is that intentional? I mean, there are very few creatures that can only be hit by +2 weapons, but +2 bolts for Nordom are pretty rare... and I don't think you can even get +3 ones. That doesn't seem quite right given that you can get +3 weapons for some characters before even leaving Sigil for Ravel's Maze (Punch Daggers of Shar for Annah, Ingress' Teeth for Morte and Dak'kon's blade if you can be bothered to level them, etc.)
But hey, if it's meant to be that way then I can live with it - it's not like combat is hugely challenging in this game where story and dialogue are king, heh. I was just wondering if the rules said anything about the enchantment bonuses for launchers and ammunition?
