While I'm here: can one buy multiple pieces of the same item at once? Moving the mouse 100 times and 100 clicks to buy 50 bandages is annoying - why does 'buy' have to deselect the currently selecte wanted item :(


No you can't, but leaving it selected would be a pretty good improvement. I rememeber I bought 100 of each type of blood charm before going to the final area.. Almost drove me insane. I was considering making a macro for it.

Something I noticed that doesn't seem to be in dan simpsons walkthrough, is that you can get the spell "Guardian Mantle" by pickpocketing the hermit in Curst Underground.

Um, since you used a virtual machine you should have used win98 and not winXP, since win98 is the system Torment was made for.


Well, I get the impression the cause of most of the problems people have with planescape is graphics driver related. So as long as the virtual machine's graphics drivers don't have the same problems modern graphics drivers have with the game, using XP over 98 shouldn't cause any problems.

Windows XP mode didn't work for me either. It gives a "no valid video modes supported" error. XP mode is very limited compared to other virtual machines like virtualbox.
