I'm pretty advanced in the story so far. Just back from Calim desert with the Tiger Eye.

As i need to wait 24hrs to talk to Galarial i decided to find lt. Bengoch in the Docks (i got rid of the caravan, carying black lotus with me as i coulnd destroy it in the camp fire).

So, where can i find him (day/night), what else is to be done for him to spawn beside killing the caravan soldiers and capturing the black lotos?

i'm in village (difficult name ) with the tanari'i  right now. got the key for the demon (drunk both potions - but traps still worked - but it's another story) and here'e the thing:

- if i go talk with the demon alone (party stays downstairs), the demon talks about four demons, pc says something about ruling some place and that's it, dialogue ends

9noting about hold and carravan - no journal and map updates)

- but if the entire party goes upstairs (i have edwin in the party), than after the "ruling some place" line edwin says something i don't recall and the demon continues talking

about cerrendor hold and carravan (map and journal update) 

what would happen with the updates if i had edwin not in the party?

edit: the same happens while talking to alioth. the dialogue isn't completed if edwin stays away from the conversation.
